Silicon photodiodes with high sensitivity and low dark current, and silicon PIN photodiodes for high-speed applications.
InGaAs photodiodes for near-infrared light detection. Features include high speed, high sensitivity and low noise.
High responsivity and low noise performance from a single dual-element(Si+InGaAs/Si+Si) detector.
Integrated modules with a low-noise ASIC, compatible with our high-performance photodiodes.
The photo IC is a versatile smart light sensor that integrates a photodiode with a signal processing IC in the same package.
