High responsivity and low noise performance from a single dual-element(Si+InGaAs/Si+Si) detector.
Integrated modules with a low-noise ASIC, compatible with our high-performance photodiodes.
The photo IC is a versatile sensor that integrates a photodiode with a signal processing IC in the same package.
